Our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for Scravity services.

Overview

All payments for Scravity are processed securely via Paddle. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate allocation of API credits, we have specific guidelines regarding refund eligibility.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The API credits purchased have not been consumed or used.
  • The API has not been utilized for any scraping requests.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide a refund if any of the purchased credits have been consumed. Once the API is used or credits are deducted from your balance, the service is considered "rendered" and is non-refundable. This applies to all plans and pay-as-you-go purchases.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle. The amount may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
