By creating an account or using any of our APIs, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

Scravity provides web scraping tools and APIs. We do not control how you use the service and we are not responsible for your actions.

By signing up, you automatically agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account and API keys secure. Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility.

Each API has its own usage limits and maximum concurrency. These limits exist to prevent abuse, avoid harming website servers, and protect our infrastructure from being overloaded.

We reserve the right to adjust limits, rate limits, or block requests if usage is considered abusive or harmful.

Scravity only provides the tools to scrape websites. We are not responsible for any damage, legal issues, or harm caused to scraped websites.

You must use the service responsibly and comply with applicable laws, website terms, and regulations. Always scrape wisely.

We use Paddle to handle our payments. By making a purchase or agreeing to our terms, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All purchases are processed in advance and credits are added to your account immediately. You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase only if no credits have been consumed and the API has not been used.

Once credits are consumed or the API is used, refunds are not available. This applies to all plans and pay as you go purchases.

When an account is deleted, all remaining credits are permanently lost. We do not offer refunds for unused credits when deleting an account.

Scravity is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error free, or meet your specific needs. Use the service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scravity and its team are not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or legal issues resulting from your use of the service. This includes any harm to scraped websites, servers, or third party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you are abusing the service, violating these terms, or putting our infrastructure or other users at risk.

We aim to keep Scravity available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms when needed. Continued use of Scravity means you accept the updated terms.
